Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Yolda app (“the App”). By installing and using the App you accept these Terms. The Turkish version is the legally binding version; this English version is for informational purposes.

1. Service Description

Yolda is a mobile app that lets users track parcels from multiple carriers in one place. The App:

• Queries the official tracking APIs of major Turkish carriers (Aras, Yurtiçi, PTT, Trendyol Express, Kolay Gelsin, Sürat, DHL eCommerce TR) and UPS
• Optionally sends push notifications when parcel status changes
• Displays status via Live Activities, widgets, and Dynamic Island

Yolda is not a carrier. It is not affiliated with the listed carriers and is not responsible for the shipment of your parcels.

2. Account

• You must sign in with an Apple or Google account to use the App
• You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it
• Users under 13 are not permitted

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Plan tiers

• Starter (free): up to 3 active parcels
• Premium 10: $2.99/month or $19.99/year (~58% off annual), up to 10 active parcels, Live Activities, Dynamic Island, parcel archive
• Unlimited: $4.99/month or $39.99/year (~33% off annual), unlimited parcels, family sharing, return code generator, price tracking, priority support
• Regional pricing applies — Apple converts the base price to your local currency.

3.2 Free trial

Annual plans offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

3.3 Auto-renewal

• Premium 10 and Unlimited subscriptions renew automatically.
• Renewal occurs at the end of each period; if not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, your Apple ID will be charged through its associated payment method.
• Manage and cancel subscriptions via iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• If you cancel mid-period, you continue to use Premium features until period end. No partial refunds.

3.4 Price changes

Prices may change subject to App Store rules. You will be notified before renewal of any price increase, and your subscription will end if you do not approve.

3.5 Refunds

Refund requests are routed directly to Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com — Yolda cannot process refunds for App Store-billed subscriptions.

4. Use Restrictions

The following are prohibited: - Reverse-engineering, extracting source code from, or modifying the App - Adding illegal content or tracking numbers - Overloading carrier APIs with automated scripts - Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or data - Using the App to harm other users

Violations may result in account termination without notice.

5. Tracking Data Accuracy

Yolda displays carrier-provided data as-is. Delays or errors in status, ETA, or location data are the carrier’s responsibility. Yolda:

• Is not responsible for on-time delivery
• Is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed parcels
• Does not guarantee the accuracy of carrier-displayed information

For shipment issues, contact the relevant carrier directly.

6. Intellectual Property

• The App, the “Yolda” name, logo, and all content are owned by Emre Yıldırım
• Apple, Google, carrier, and other third-party logos/marks belong to their owners
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the App outside personal use

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is not guaranteed to operate uninterrupted or error-free
• We are not liable for losses from data loss, parcel delays, or undelivered notifications
• Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months

This limitation applies to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

8. Account Termination

• You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account
• Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days
• We may terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey
• Disputes shall be subject to the courts and execution offices of Istanbul
• Consumers retain the right to apply to consumer courts
